Auxiliary Dual Occupancy

  • Two dwellings joined by a common wall with varying combinations of bedrooms, bathrooms and car space on either side to meet the requirements of the local market.  These have separate services (power, water & phone)
  • Not Strata Titled
  • There is no Body Corporate on auxiliary dual occupancy
  • High Rental Yield between 6 – 7% is achievable as there are two dwellings on one block of land with one set of rates and receiving two incomes

Equivalent Dual Occupancy

  • Same attributes as auxiliary but can be strata titled
